THIS is the reason why Stitch will be dead for the day. Again. She was muttering something along the lines of "OMGWTFH...bloody brilliant..." before she lost consciousness.

Personally, I don't see why she'd keel over - it's just me and Severus. And Severus is glaring at the camera, as usual, because Colin took that shot while we were having a moment to ourselves. *sighs*

Um. Yeah, that's the reason why you lot can hear Severus muttering: "Daft alien bint" even from this distance. He's put out because he's got to do her work again - him being the professional technical writer among us. :P

I'll go see what I can do to...er, put him out of his snit, shall I?

Maybe a quick snog might do it. ;D

But perhaps you'd better not tell him I printed that picture, and it's right here in front of me now, and it's gorgeous! Definitely don't tell him that.

*mmmmm. yummy picture*

Done and done and done. Third time's always a charm, ey? *smirks*

He looks a little less grouchy now....although he's told me to go mind Stitch's LJ for a bit as he's trying to gather his scattered wits (all my fault of course *is very smug about it*) to work.

Gorgeous...? Yummy? Er... thanks, I think.

Severus always looks gorgeous, even when he's giving the rest of us the Death Glare, the cranky bastard. *gives husband a fond look*

Details will have to wait until you get me good and drunk.

Or maybe until Stitch is high on cough syrup and decides to let several cats out of the bag. Raving nutty alien....

Wow, thanks for the recce! What a lovely pic.

Did you see the following thread between myself and [livejournal.com profile] shenya under the Blue Notes chapter? Got to thinking about what would happen with the piano lessons. ^_^;

['Morrie' teaches music, you know... he's offered piano lessons to Harry Potter's kid, over in [livejournal.com profile] darth_stitch's universe.

Morgoth: Sure, I'll teach mortals and elflings. With Feanor around as a chaperone, what could go wrong?

Feanor: *cough!*

Morgoth: Hey! That little incident with the giant snake and the tidal wave was an accident! Insurance covered everything.]

I have an idea this was a side-effect of a Vala attempting to teach a half-Gryffindor half-Slytherin wizard's kid his notes and scales. Just because the kid doesn't yet have a wand doesn't mean he can't do magic. And just because the Vala has managed to cram himself into a mortal shell doesn't mean he can't do some strange things either, especially when startled by the giant snake leaping out of the piano. 0_0

*shivers*

I have to admit it. Arthur is our son and considering who Severus and I are...

...and then add in "Uncle Morrie"....

*shivers again*

Although I'll bet you anything Waverly will want the giant snake for a pet and Severus will eventually agree to it because many of Waverly's pets contribute to his potions.... *sighs*

Morgoth: She's welcome to the thing, if she can find it in our apartment building. Say, Fred, was the snake a viper or a constrictor?

Feanor (looking harassed): How should *I* know? It was a thumping great serpent! Ugh. The only way I like snakes is on the snakeskin boots the mortals make in Texas.

(Sounds of shrill shrieking from the apartment above)

Morgoth (looking perky and cheerful): Ah! Mrs. Fossinello's found it! It's all yours, little girl.

he's still a baby, that's why he's still too small. when he's bigger, we're going to find him a den in the forbidden forest. i'm going to be sad when he can't live with us anymore though. but uncle hagrid says that's the way life is.

he talks to me all the time - he says daddy can understand him too, he's just pretending that he can't. aunty stitch says daddy's in denial about the whole "king arthur thing" - whatever that means. :D

oooo, dragon stories, uncle morrie? will you tell me about them?

Feanor: You're too late, your little child has run off upstairs with something that looks like a vacuum cleaner under one arm. I'm hoping it is some sort of magical collection device? (Frowns) Don't you wizards keep better track of your children? I wouldn't have allowed my sons to bring home huge snakes.

Morgoth (in an undertone): Oh noo, he just let his go off to fight fratricidal wars.

Feanor: I HEARD THAT! *a scrum ensues*

Morgoth: Please excuse us, family feud.

*glares at Feanor* They're half-Slytherin and half-Gryffindor and all trouble. And there's three of them, thank you very much. You try keeping up with the mischievous little monsters, especially when one's got a knack for doing suicidal broom maneuvers, another with a penchant for "unusual" pets and the last with a gift for potions - that could explode!

Frankly, I don't know how Molly managed with Fred and George, not to mention the rest of Ron's siblings....

Feanor: I had nine sons, all of them wonderful, strong, and obedient. It's all in how you raise them. (Looks virtuous.)

Morgoth (looking mussed-up, but uncowed): Right, he raised them all to walk off the same cliff he did. Good job, that.

Feanor, (diving back into the fight): And WHO started the whole sorry affair?!

Morgoth (sitting on Feanor): Don't worry about your kids. They can't *possibly* get into any worse trouble than we did. (Grins in spite of Feanor's attempts to bite him on the leg.)

Do try not to cast aspersions on our parenting methods when yours, if my recollection of your history is correct, aren't much to speak of either.

Our children are angels, all of them, and they have better sense than to cast themselves into a bloody volcano or into the sea because of a pair of silly trinkets.

Morgoth (standing with some difficulty, with Feanor over his shoulder.): Time to be off. Next lesson is Tuesday, don't be late!
