Oh dear God.
I'm hooked. Hooked hopelessly on the crazy soap opera that is
hp_dungeons.
His Snootiness is being adorably cute over his date and...ahem, The Kiss. Yeah, "cute" and His Snootiness should not exist in the same plane of existence. He's probably going to hex me ten ways till Wednesday.
He's still cute though.
His Snarkiness needs a twhapping. Damn it, he'd better NOT take advantage of His Snootiness or I'm going to twhap him. Honestly!
His Sweetness is majorly depressed. His feelings are in that uneviable zone known as Unrequited Love for the Straight Best Friend. I should have seen that coming. *facepalms* You really, really want to hug Our Boy, at this moment.
His Moonyness (Remus Lupin - hah!) seems to be developing strangely Albus Dumbledore-like tendencies. I'm rapidly falling in love with him all over again. Kudos to
chasehunts for brilliant roleplaying!
I still really, really LOATHE
il_mago. Congrats to
sparrohawk who plays off Mr. Pantene Commercial in this little ol' RPG as brilliantly as Jason Isaacs does on the big screen. Heheh.
And again, to the folks at
hp_dungeons, congratulations for such an engaging piece of interactive fiction!

Date: 2003-10-20 05:29 am (UTC)Isn't it so adorable though? :) I can't believe I'm liking Snaco as much as this. Draco is so well-voiced; he's giving me the "schoolgirl effect", I swear. ^_^;

You and me both. I really really don't want someone's heart broken over S... You be the ate, alright? :) I have not friended Snape, and I am too lazy to check what's going on in the comments section of his LJ. Have you told him to take care of Draco? Please do. I'm terribly concerned for the lad.

You have no idea.
Man. "As the Dungeon Turns" is so twisted.

Date: 2003-10-20 06:52 am (UTC)Please, please, PLEASE check out Snape a.k.a.
Unfortunately, Snape is oblivious to our comments. He does not know we're out there, heckling him. Still, he's an engaging LJer to keep up with, even if he doesn't know we exist.
I dread the day 'femme lets him loose though. Get ready to run when she does. BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
You're not the only one concerned for His Snootiness. Unfortunately, he's not ready to listen to any advice yet. We need to wait for a better opportunity. I find myself worrying about the lad...yet another symptom of how much this RPG has hooked me. *facepalms*

Please, please, PLEASE check out Snape a.k.a. cauldron_brew - he's also being voiced by hp_femme and she does it BEAUTIFULLY.
AWWWWW. You're so sweet to me. :)
BTW...interesting aside about the Harry/Ron bit. This isn't something Isolde and I really planned on. (Neither one of us is particularly a huge fan of the pairing.) It just morphed into it, and it appealed to both of us for various reasons, so we figured, what the hey...let's run with it for now. And it's been intriguing, I have to say.
I've really enjoyed delving into Harry's part of it because I have personal experience with a very similar experience. (One of the impetuses for my coming out was that I realized I was head over heels for my very straight best friend who just happened to be involved with my other best friend. Er. Talk about sticky. *grin* However, I'm now their daughter's godmother. So it all worked out in the end.)

You. Are. Evil. But I love you anyways.

*wince* I feel for you. Hmm. I seem to remember another story of yours with that theme - the Ginny one? With Hermione? That was another beautiful one, btw.
But I'm very, very glad it worked out well for you in the end. The goddaughter wouldn't happen to be the widdle one with the Snape eyes who just loves to see Alan Rickman!Snape on the small screen, would she? AWWWWWW!
Being a godmother to a couple of lil' munchkins myself, plus an honorary one to several more (cousins, officemates' children who've taken a liking to Auntie Stitch) - I can understand. Heh.

I think. *snicker*
Be prepared for a long few months, though. Maybe even years. *wicked cackle*

Thank you. :) Yeah...that one was taken directly from my own experience. It's pretty much a slightly fictionalized account of what happened.

That would be her. (She's so absolutely adorable. I could snuggle her non-stop.) She's still got the Rickman!Snape fascination. (I held up Snape photo to her the other day in an attempt to continue her Slytherin indoctrination and she just gurgled and laughed and tried to eat the printout. *grin*) And her eyes are still undeniably Snapish. Although she's now got Weasley red hair.
*snicker*
It's like she's Snape and Ginny's love child come to life.
Er. That's a scary thought, actually.

Date: 2003-10-20 07:49 am (UTC)*groan* I figured as much. But there's always your regular Snarry fics, right?
Right? Ahem. Er...not that I'm hinting or anything. Really.
Thank you. :) Yeah...that one was taken directly from my own experience. It's pretty much a slightly fictionalized account of what happened.
I figured as much. Something about that story rang a little too "real" - the feeling was very genuine and heartfelt, thus quite touching and very, very lovely.

Never too young to start the...ahem, indoctrination. *chortle* I know how you feel. Got a widdle cousin who's also an honorary godchild that I have on my Christmas list. I don't see her that often but she remembers me as the ate (Pinoy for elder sister) who tells her funny stories about the "moomoong kulot" - ghost with the curly hair. It's actually Spike (from the Buffy series), whom I adore. He's not a ghost, I know, but she's too young for actual bloodthirsty vampire tales. She likes Spike though. Maybe I should also get her on the Snape thing too. Heh.

Date: 2003-10-20 07:53 am (UTC)You realize your Harry Muse would NOT be amused at this, right?
Poor guy...he really doesn't deserve what's happening to him right now. On the Dungeons front, that is.

But there's always your regular Snarry fics, right?
Right? Ahem. Er...not that I'm hinting or anything. Really.
Er. *facepalms* You know, I've got to start working on some of them again. I've got one that's halfway written that I'd like to finish up before Christmas.
Plus I have one have to write for the merry_smutmas group. Hmm. That'll be fun.
I figured as much. Something about that story rang a little too "real" - the feeling was very genuine and heartfelt, thus quite touching and very, very lovely.
Thank you. I get a lot of comments like that about that fic. A number of people have written me and told me, "God, I so understood Ginny in that story...I went through something similar." Which really makes me happy. It was a difficult fic to write, albeit very cathartic. And I'm glad other people have been able to relate to it.
Never too young to start the...ahem, indoctrination. *chortle*
*snicker* Yeah...I'm waiting until she's a bit older to start saying, "okay...this is Snape and this is Harry. They love each other very, very much, but they're too silly to tell each other that..."
Her mother is going to kill me.

And it sounds like an almost-bunny for a fluffy fic too....*Stitch tries to picture one of the Snarry or a Weasley trying to explain the mystery that is the Snarry to the Next Generation*

Date: 2003-10-20 07:55 am (UTC)Loved what you did with Ron and Harry though. It makes me want to check that out, although I am a big R/Hr fan. And hmm, what do you know? My friend is going through almost the same thing Harry is as well. Except there isn't a Hermione in the picture. Since yours worked out in the end, though, then these things can't be too bad. :)

Date: 2003-10-20 09:56 am (UTC)Your Snape and Harry are lovely. :) Sometimes I have to remind myself it's just a RPG.
Oh, thank you. :) I appreciate that. The funny thing is that I find myself at various times now in RL talking like one or the other of them...which gets me funny looks from friends, family, and acquaintances...none of whom know I'm doing this. *grin*
Loved what you did with Ron and Harry though. It makes me want to check that out, although I am a big R/Hr fan.
Well, Isolde (Ron) and I are not really big on Harry/Ron normally. We still don't know how we fell into this set-up. *grin* Our first reaction when we realized we were headed that way was ACK. But it just seemed right for the characters at this moment. (Same thing happened with Snape/Draco.)
I've always maintained that Ron/Hermione is more believeable. But we're going to see how this plays for now. :)
And hmm, what do you know? My friend is going through almost the same thing Harry is as well. Except there isn't a Hermione in the picture. Since yours worked out in the end, though, then these things can't be too bad. :)
No, they don't always turn out badly. Especially if the friendship is a true friendship. To be honest, with what I went through, even though there was a year or so of awkwardness that we had to deal with, our friendship came out stronger and better for it in the long run. It wasn't easy. God. It was probably one of the hardest things I've gone through in my life. But it was worth not giving up on the entire friendship as being hopeless.
I hope your friend hangs in there.

Well how about that? Me too! :D Of course, deviations are always a good thing... You meant the Snaco was accidental as well? Uh oh... how are you going to get out of it? PoorpoorDraco... It would be so sad having him come out of the whole thing, having lost to Harry again.
And as for the Harry/Ron... it seems Harry has it bad for Ron, especially since it's been there since forever... You and
(Just a side note though, that if you ever decide *not* to make this end up Snarry after all... I won't run out on you. :P I have no real preferences for how the dungeons turns out, except that Draco should be happy. LOL.
I hope your friend hangs in there.
She is. :) She's planning to tell her sometime within the next eight months, as she might be leaving for the United States and she told me she needs a bit of closure for it. She calls it her "happy pain", which really is quite heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time. :)
