darth_stitchYeah, I know you lot are all excited over the title of Harry Potter Book 7 - all I can say is that a certain Snarky Potions Master better not DIE in this book and a certain Gryffindor Brat better not do the Frodo thing and end up in some mystical island somewhere to recuperate from his grievous wounding etc. or I'm gonna BAWL. And write a LOT of happy fluffy Snarry to make up for Book 7-induced trauma.
P.S. I'm also praying that the Green-eyed Gryffindor Brat better not be locked in with Ginny Weasley at the end of the book. EW. And it's not even because my OTP is slash! He's SEVENTEEN for Merlin's sake. He should have some more growing up to do and adventures before he settles down to marriage and family and raising red-headed (shudder!) brats.
Anyway, now I'm getting addicted to Inuyasha. An anime-manga series. And it's because Inuyasha is cute and so's his big brother. Okay, f-list, come out with it - where's the good fan fiction on this series? PLEASE? PRETTY PLEASE?

Inuyasha's the cute wee one in red, Sesshomaru's obviously the older boy who must be going "Aw...man, I'm too old for all this hugging thing" and their Dad's an awfully interesting character. I like the old man - he should come out more often in the manga/anime series other than just the one movie.

1. Inuyasha - will most likely get along with Harry. He's THAT fuzzy. Although Harry will probably yell SIT BOY! if he gets too cocky. But Inu-chan is adorable, neh?
2. Sesshomaru - DAMN HE'S GORGEOUS. Fine. So I'm a confirmed Sesshomaru-nut now and really, it isn't because he shares certain personality traits with a certain Potions Master and Daemon Sadi in the Black Jewels Trilogy and Saitoh Hajime and all the lovable bastards I've ever encountered.... really. Yeah. Hehe.
3. Inu-papa - A few scenes in Swords of an Honorable Ruler and I'm in love with him already. And lookit him in the piccie - he's a proud dotin' doggy daddy! XP

It's not finished yet, as she had some RL problems but she says in her fanfiction bio it will eventually be completed. And while it does end at a somewhat climatic point, I think it's worth the ride to read what's there yet.

I've tried to get into Inuyasha a few times, but it seems not meant to be. Everything I've liked enough to read more than a few lines of is a dead wip. Turnabout doesn't bother me because I feel that the relationship aspect was resolved enough but, I get distracted every time I look for fics. I think it's a sign. Sorry.
