darth_stitchI am sitting here, at the computer, trying desperately to forget that I can walk.
Because every step is PAIN. PAIN in my gut, extending all the way down to my FEET. I didn't know the bones of your fucking TOES can hurt. I no longer walk, I shuffle around looking literally like a LAME FUCKING DUCK.
An idiot officemate asked whether I had just grown boils on my butt, which explains my odd "stride." Another cracked that I should put my uterus to use, being as my lovelife, at my age, is still blessedly non-existent. And I'd like it to stay that way, thanks.
It took everything I had not to plaster a fake smile on my face and not unleash my inner Snape and SNARL at her for sheer insensitivity.
Perhaps I should post a sign: "Warning. Cranky Alien Here. Do not tease."
