OHMYGOD...we're performing today!
Sep. 11th, 2003 08:52 amUm. Yeah. That's right. Today is the anniversary of that certain national cultural institution I'm working for.
And we employees are going to put on a show at the theater.
I'm going to sing. A solo part as Paulita Gomez of Jose Rizal's famous nationalistic novel El Filibusterismo.
I'm going to be in this poofy, WIIIIIDE-skirted (petticoats and all), Victorian-style dress that sent my officemates into gales of laughter (and exclamations of: oh you look so cute - like one of Cinderella's stepsisters - harhar).
Can you tell that I'm quietly freaking out right now?
AAAAARRRRGH!!!! Please, pray for me that I don't make a complete fool of myself on stage.
